Students will learn about the colour wheel and the theory of colour combinations.

Each student will create a "magic potion" using complementary colours or analogous colours.

Students will use air-dry clay to create a closed vessel. Students will write notes to their future selves and seal them within.

Requires two sessions, at least one week apart.

Students will create tiny landscapes inside cloches using coloured paper.

May use 1 or 2 sessions. A 1/3 adult ratio is required until grade 2.

ABCs of pottery

Students will create a letter plate for their name, creating textures using materials provided and from the natural world.

Requires 2 sessions, at least one week apart.

Diary Entry, 2022

faces and places

Students' heads will be traced against a piece of paper, then that paper will be cut out. Students will draw their favourite place on a separate piece of paper and paint it with watercolours. They will then merge the two pieces.
